The Business IQ dashboard provides a general overview of every association's activity metrics.
- Invoice Overview: The number of invoices received and paid, number of invoices processed through the Complete Data Entry step, and the average time those invoices spent in that entry step across all associations. Note: This will show as 0% if your associations do not use the Complete Data Entry step and this graph does not include data for voided invoices. Specific dates may not be shown on the graph if there were no invoices paid or received on that date.
- Action Item Activity: The total number of action items by type, advanced or stepped across all associations, which can include sending a message on the item. Note: The Action Item Activity will show the ten (10) Activity Types with the highest activity count in the graph at one time.
- Action Items Completed: The total number of action items, by type, that have been completed across all associations.
- Association Bank Balances: The total balance by bank for each association within your business. The list is in descending order, by Bank Balance, to show the bank accounts with the largest balance that could potentially be over the FDIC limit. Balances in excess of $250,000 are designated with a red exclamation-circle. Note: Only users with the Vantaca IQ Admin permission under Settings > Roles > Security will be able to view this performance tool.
- Invoice Data Entry: The number of invoices received, number of invoices processed through the Complete Data Entry step, and the average time those invoices spent in that entry step.
- Action Item Activity: The number of action items each employee has advanced or taken action on, including sending messages.

- Open Invoices: The total number of open invoices for each association.
- Violations: The number of violations created, the number of violations completed, and the percentage of violations completed in the selected date range across all associations. Note: Open Items are not dependent on a date range. The count of Total Open Violations can be selected to view a list of Open Violations for the association.
- Service Requests: The number of service requests received, the number of service requests completed, and the percentage of service request completion across all associations. This includes all Action Types within the Work Order category. Open Items are not dependent on a date range. The count of Open Requests can be selected to view a list of Open Requests for the association.
- ARC Requests: The number of ARC requests received, the number of ARC requests completed, and the percentage of ARC request completion across all associations. Open Items are not dependent on a date range. The Open Requests total can be selected to view a list of Open Requests for the association.
- Association Financial Delivery: Shows the financial delivery status for multiple action types within the reporting category. It's recommended that all action types being utilized by your business are added to ensure that the tool functions properly.
- This tool utilizes its own separate Monthly Data Range dropdown that operates independently of the dashboard's date range selector.
- The tool will need to be configured prior to use by clicking the Tool Settings button.
- Select the Action Type from the dropdown
- Select the Opening and Closing Step you wish to track and click Save Changes to complete.
