Vantaca IQ - Association IQ Dashboard

The Association IQ dashboard shows a list of all associations within your organization including the Type of Association, the portfolios assigned to each, and the individual property count for each association.

Association Listing

Each Association Name, Nickname, or Code can be selected to see more details about an association's individual activity.

• Action Item Activity: The total number of action items, by type, that have been advanced or stepped. These can also include sending a message on the item. Note: The Action Item Activity will show the  ten (10) Activity Types with the highest activity count in the graph at one time.
  
  
• Invoice Overview: The number of invoices received, number of invoices processed through the Complete Data Entry step, and average time those invoices spent in that entry step on the association level. Note: This will show as 0% if your associations do not use the Complete Data Entry step.
  
  
• Action Items Completed: The total number of action items, by type, that have been completed across the association.
  
  
• Service Request Overview: The number of Service Requests received, the number of open Service Requests, the number of completed Service Requests, and the percentage of completed ARC Requests for the selected date range for the specified association. Note: This includes all Action Types within the Work Order category. Open Items are not dependent on date range.
  
• ARC Request Overview: The number of ARC Requests received, the number of open ARC Requests, the number of completed ARC Requests, and the the percentage of ARC Request completion for the selected date range for the specified association. Note: Open Items are not dependent on date range.
  
• Open Service Requests: A list of all open service requests. Tip: You can click the XN to open the Action Item in the Vantaca core application.
  
  
• Open Invoices: A list of all open Invoices. Tip: You can click the XN to open the Action Item in the Vantaca core application.
  
• Open ARC Requests: A list of all open ARC Requests.
  
• Action Item Activity: A list of action items within this association that have been advanced or taken on. Note: This includes sending messages.
  

• Association Bank Balances: Bank account balances for the current association, grouped by bank. The Bank Name can be selected to view additional information for each individual account.
  

• Violation Overview: The number of violations created, the number of open violations, the number of violations completed, and the percentage of violation completion in the selected date range for this association.
  

• Open Violations: A list of all open Violations. This includes all Action Types within the Violation category. XN can be selected to be redirected to Vantaca to the selected action item.
  

• Open Items: A list of all action items that are open within the association. Open Items are not dependent on date range.
