Hi Eddie,
This is great information regarding how to oversee employee workload, but is there a way to connect to the Vantaca data and get information regarding associations/homeowners/transactions on a full company scale instead of individual? I did not see anything regarding that type of information in Vantaca IQ because I do not believe it is made for that purpose. Thanks for your help.
Great question, Vantaca IQ does have both Association level and Organization level insights. It sounds like what you were looking for was how an individual compares to the rest of the organization? Such as are they above average, etc? If so, then that is something that's on our radar! As I mentioned in the webinar, there will be more to come from Vantaca IQ during our Beta+ period, so definitely stay tuned!
