Vantaca IQ - My Dashboard

Summary: This article will explain how to use and configure My Dashboard in Vantaca IQ.

My Dashboard is the landing page for all IQ users and can be configured based on your individual needs. The first time you access My Dashboard, you'll need to add some Performance Tools by clicking the +Add Tool button.

Performance Tool Info

The Select Performance Tools menu allows you to select Performance Tools from any of the dashboards that you have access to. If you don't have access to certain dashboards, please refer to the Vantaca IQ - Securities and Permissions article or consult your IQ Admin so that they can make any necessary changes.

Each tool has a tooltip description, the dashboard it originated from, and how the tool will be displayed (bar chart, line chart, table, etc.)

Note: You will not be able to add performance tools from dashboards that you don't have access to or for employee-specific performance tools if you have not been assigned that employee. Association tools may be added as long as the associations you're attempting to add are within your Portfolio.

Adding Business Tools

Business IQ tools can be added by clicking the Add Performance Tool button.

Note: Certain hyperlinks on the Business IQ tools will not be usable if you do not have access to that employee or association.

Adding Association Tools

Association IQ tools can be added by clicking the Select Options button and then selecting which specific Association you want the tool to track data for using the Select Association dropdown menu.

Adding Employee Tools

Employee IQ tools can be added by clicking the Select Options button and then selecting which specific Employee you want the tool to track data for using the Select Employee dropdown menu.

A brief success message will appear once you've successfully added the Tool.

IQ Top Tip: Try adding two of the same performance tool side-by-side for employees or associations you want to track and compare data for!

Organizing My Dashboard

Performance Tools will be added to your dashboard in the order that you opt to add them but they can be easily moved to create a custom layout that best suits your needs.
