Home by Vantaca: Making a Payment

Summary: This article will explain how to make a payment using the Home by Vantaca iOS app.

If you have more than one account associated with your User Name and Password, you'll need to verify which account you want to make a payment on.
The Billing page will appear as soon as you've logged in if you have no additional accounts to select from. You can view your Current Balance, Make a Payment, or Download a Statement from here.
Select any of the available Payment Types your management company offers.
1. In this example, PayLease is an available Payment Type and after you select Make a Payment, you'll be redirected to PayLease's payment portal.
2. You can enroll in Auto-Draft by selecting Enroll Now on an unenrolled account.
3. Provide the following banking information:
  1. Account Type
  2. Start Date
  3. Checking Account Number
  4. Bank Routing Number
4. A preview of all properties that will be enrolled in Auto-Draft will be displayed above the Authorization Agreement.
5. Enter your eSignature and select Enroll in Auto-Draft to complete.
