Enable Vantaca Pay
To enable Vantaca Pay, contact your CSM, who will help you with this.
Vantaca Pay Settings
Vantaca configures your Vantaca Pay settings during your onboarding period, but you can change these settings if needed:
- Navigate to Association > Settings.
- Your Association Settings screen displays.

Go to the Portal section.
This screen looks different for each association depending on the payment options set up.

Click Edit next to the following options to open the Edit Association Data screen and make changes:
- Allow Vantaca Pay Redirect Payments: Select Yes next to this field to redirect payments to Vantaca Pay.
- Vantaca Pay Payment Label: Enter the desired label text in this field (Make a Payment is the default). This label shows on the payment button that displays on the homeowner's Dashboard and Account Overview pages.
- Click Update.

Go to the Vantaca Pay section and click Edit next to Vantaca Pay Payment Methods.
The Edit Association Data screen opens.

Update the following information as needed:
Important: Be careful when you change settings. Make sure that all of the associated information is set up within Vantaca or that you are prepared if current processes are turned off. For more information, see the "Add Vantaca Pay to Associations" article.
- Credit Card: Select One-Time, Recurring, or both. If you enable the credit card option, homeowners can also pay with Apple or Google Pay.
- Bank Transfer: Select One-Time, Recurring, Auto-Draft (Bank Transfer), or any combination.
- Stripe Connected Account Id: Vantaca configures this field.
- Vantaca Pay Payout Descriptor: Vantaca configures this field to show how the payment item displays in the association account when a homeowner pays the association through Vantaca Pay.
- Vantaca Pay Statement Descriptor: Enter what the homeowner will see on their statement as the charge line item (the association name is the default).
- Click Update.
Edit Fees
You can only edit fees if you have the role of Fee Decision Maker.
