Do we need to turn off a homeowners recurring or future one-time payment once they move or if the association is no longer live?
There is no action required by the management company to disable a homeowner payment as long as one of the following criteria is met, the payment will be automatically cancelled along with any future payments.
- The account is marked as a previous owner
- The account is deleted
- The account is marked as Blocked Payments
- The association is marked as Not-Live
