Vantaca Home Mobile app provides Homeowners with a mobile experience to complete the most common interactions with their HoA. These features include completing a payment, enrolling in Auto-Draft, submitting and viewing the status of Requests.

Authentication for App:
Homeowners will need to download the Vantaca Home App from the Apple AppStore or the Google Play Store. The app will have the following icon (unless the management company rebranded it to use its own logo).
Homeowners will not need to create any new login or authentication. The same username and password that logs them into the browser will work for the mobile app
The login form is as seen below and will not allow the user to reset the password if they cannot remember their login. This will have to be done on the browser version of Vantaca Home (as mentioned in the content on the screen).
Vantaca Home Dashboard:
Summary: The Dashboard provides an overview of a homeowner's account. This will be the landing page upon successfully logging in.
The following widgets will be available by default:
- Payments
- Recent Requests
- Recent Reservations
- Messages
Have multiple Accounts?
The Account Selector is available on all Vantaca Home pages and can be used to easily switch between multiple accounts.
Payments
- Multiple ledgers can be sorted through with the directional arrows.
- In this example, the eCheck/Credit Card Button will be used to Make a Payment.
- View Upcoming Charge information.
- Enroll or Unenroll in Auto-Draft with the provided link.
- View additional Account Details.
Recent Requests
- Submit a new request with the New Request button.
- Selecting an individual request or the View All Requests link will redirect to the Community Request > My Items page where you can view additional requests information.
Recent Reservations
- View recent Amenity Reservations and their current status.
- Create a new reservation with the New Reservation button.
- View the Community and Amenity Calendar.
Messages
- View your most recent Messages.
- View all messages on your account with the View All link.
