New Feature: Scout

Scout is Vantaca's AI-powered tool. Based on the documents you allow it to access, Scout can provide answers to questions, generate document summaries, show instructions, and more. It uses a natural-language conversational interface, so you can simply ask questions about your association, management company, or Vantaca. Scout finds the answers in the documents it can access and shows them to you in an easy-to-read format.

Think of Scout as an integrated research assistant within Vantaca, designed to make you more efficient by providing easy access to information and documents.

Note: Scout will be available in a staggered approach. You will be notified by email when it is available for you.

Management companies do not need to use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to convert text from images to machine-readable text. Vantaca does the work for you by converting your allowed documents into data that Scout AI can access.

Use Scout to:

• Find answers to questions about your association, management company, and the way Vantaca works.
• View the sources of an answer and entire referenced documents through View Sources.
• Continue a conversation through History and rename the title of a chat to make it meaningful to you.
• Discover how to do things in Vantaca, view Release Notes, and more through our seamless integration with the Vantaca Library.
• Feel secure in knowing that Scout only accesses the folders and documents that you allow it to access.
• Give us feedback so we can make Scout even better!
