Instructions:
There are several ways to access a Homeowners account. One way is to hover your cursor over the Homeowners drop down menu and select the Homeowner List screen.
From here, search for the Homeowner's name, then click the Select button.
Another way to access an Homeowner's account is to hover your cursor over the Homeowners drop down menu and select whichever screen you need to access, such as Action Items, Activity Notes, Ledger, etc.). Search for the desired Homeowners account by clicking on the Homeowner's name.
However you have accessed a Homeowners account, the top section is known as the Homeowner Header. Notice that "Property", "Next Assessment", "Email", "Collection Status", "Phone", "Balance", "Tenant" and "Overall Balance" headings are clickable links.
The following is a description of the clickable links:
Property: By clicking on the Property Address, an Edit Homeowner/Property box pops up so you can edit the Property Record.
Clicking the Page Icon (next to Property) brings you to the Homeowners Activity Notes screen for this Property:
By clicking Mailing, Phone, or Email and Comm Preference links, you can access the Homeowners contact information and be able to add or make changes to these items.
By clicking on the Tenant link, you will have access to the Tenant Account information and be able to make additions or changes.
By clicking on the Next Assessment or the Balance link, you can access the Homeowner Ledger screen.
By clicking on the Collection Status link, you can access the Homeowner's Action Items screen.
