Do homeowners have the ability to step action items? We know board members can approve or decline which will move an action item in a specific direction, but can homeowners?
Homeowners cannot step action items. Board members can only step action items that have the action item rule of "Board Decision." This means that Boards can only step certain types of action items, in specific steps of the action item process.
If a Homeowner replies to an email they receive, or add a message through the portal, it will send a New Message to Role designated on the "Reply To" for the step the Action item is currently in. What is the difference between 'Send To' and 'Reply To' on Action Items?
