Summary: The purpose of this article is to provide an overview and application of Association Addresses.
Association Addresses can be used for tagging Association-related addresses and as a repository. Association Addresses can be found by navigating to Association > Addresses.
To enter an Association Address, navigate to screen Association > Addresses and select + New Address:
A popup will appear where you can select the Address Type and enter all the available information:
Note: Leaving the address field empty will prompt an "Address field required" error code (shown below). If you wish to enter an address without details in the Address fields you can bypass this error by entering a zero in the Address field, filling out the City, State, Zip fields and selecting Update to commit the address.

When finished, select Update to commit the address.
Important Notes:
- You can add multiple addresses of most type.
- You should only have one entry for Physical Address.
- Never delete, only Update/Replace if it needs to be changed.
- Setting a Remittance or Correspondence Address will override the Company Remittance or Correspondence addresses on statements.
- If these need to be added, you can manage which address is used for Statements in the Association > Settings.
- Any information populated in an association’s Physical Address will populate the County, City, and State columns on the Association > Association List.
