Objective: This article provides an overview of creating and searching Action Items in the Vantaca Mobile App.
Select the Menu button (three horizontal lines) near the top of your screen to open the navigation panel. Select Action Items. In the mobile app the action item list does not populate automatically. Instead, you can search by the action item type, step, account, address, or description to locate an existing action item. Use the % key on the My or All Action Item tab to see the full list. If you tap on All Items, you can switch associations by tapping on the Association name at the top of the screen.
To add an action item select the + near the top right of the screen. In the New Action Item Screen tap (Choose a Homeowner or Association).
If creating a homeowner action item stay on the owner tab, change associations (if needed) at the top and search for your homeowner. If the action item relates to an association but not a particular owner, click on the Association tab and select an association.
Once an association and/or homeowner is selected tap Action Type to choose your action item. Next tap Action Step to select which step you will start with. Enter your description and any other information needed on your action item before selecting Done in the top right corner.
