Question: How do I adjust my PDF reader to correctly format Vantaca checks?
Answer:
Upon ordering new check stock following these specifications: Top Check Perforations: 2 - 3 ½” Check, 3 ½” Stub, 4” Stub – CP515 - Any Color, you will need to print a test check to ensure the check is not falling off the page.
Adjust Adobe Printer Settings
From the Dashboard, navigate to Mailroom > Check Queue > Jobs (select Include Closed if the check has previously been downloaded).
Once you have downloaded the check, open the file in your PDF reader and select Print.
Be sure your printer is selected in the Destination box:
Click More Settings > Scale and you can select from the following:
- Fit to printable area
- Fit to paper
- Custom
Note: It may take a few adjustments and printed checks to get the right adjustments.
