This project is to plan out how you want to train your non-superusers on Vantaca
Benefits of Doing This:
- When you are Live in your Vantaca database, all employees will know how to use the system.
Questions to Consider:
- How many employees need to be trained?
- Who will lead the training(s)?
- What is the timeframe? When will I start?
- Do I want to sign them up for one-month LMS training?
Approach and Details:
- Define internal training timeline.
- Set up a Kickoff Training meeting to introduce Vantaca and show them the Basic Navigation and Concepts
- Set up training for each department
- If applicable, sign up users to have access to the LMS for one month
- Zendesk Articles.
- Share training practice activities and articles in each training task from Asana
