Please ensure you have completed the following setup tasks Prior to using this screen.

- Management Center - Admin Billing
Once these are complete, you're ready to begin using the Management Center Billing feature. Navigate to Management > Management Billing.
Management Fees
This page opens in the Management Fees Tab. Here you will see all your Associations that have Management Fees set up, as well as their status.
You can change the Charges Through field to select the date to run through, and set the Invoice Post Date to set your invoice date. Both of these dates will default to today. Clicking Refresh will set these dates to whatever you choose.
Below you can see your Associations, whether or not their Management Fees are set to Auto-Post, as well as any pending or posted amounts, previous invoices and their status (Step). You can also add additional columns to help you sort, filter, and search this list.
Update Pending Amount: Selecting one or more Associations and clicking the Update Pending Amount button will force the system to calculate any Management Fee Charges based on your Charges Through date. This will appear in the Pending Amount column.
Post: Selecting one or more Associations and clicking the Post button will create an Invoice Action Item for that(those) Association(s). The total for this invoice will equal the Pending Amount listed, and will follow the rules as set on that Association's Service Contract.
Admin Fees
The Admin Fees tab functions very similarly to the Management Fees tab. Here you will see all your Associations that have Admin Fees set up, as well as their status.
You can change the Charges Through field to select the date to run through, and set the Invoice Post Date to set your invoice date. Both of these dates will default to today. Clicking Refresh will set these dates to whatever you choose.
Below you can see your Associations, any pending charges not yet applied to an invoice as of the Charges Through date, as well as any posted amounts, previous invoices and their status (Step). You can also add additional columns to help you sort, filter, and search this list.
