Invoice images can easily be deleted and replaced within Vantaca.
When you realize the incorrect invoice is attached to an invoice action item, if not already selected, click the paperclip on that action item populate the invoice image pop-up.
To edit the image, click the drop down to the left of the attachment name:
Choose delete from the drop down menu to delete the invoice.
Next, attach the new invoice image. Go back to your invoice action item and click edit via the hamburger menu in the Action Center. Note: make sure you have hard selected your invoice and that you are editing the correct action item in the action center.
From the edit screen, in the attachment drop down, you can add your new invoice image and hit update! Make sure you are staying on the current step before hitting update, not advancing to the next one.
You have now fixed your invoice, congrats! Check the paperclip to make sure your new invoice image attached.
