eChecks

• A new setting has been added to the System > System Settings > Web Portal > Payment section.
  
  
  • If the box is selected, $0 Balance ACH Enrollment Validation will be disabled and an owner will be able to enroll in ACH with a balance.
    • The Enroll button will display for Homeowners on the Auto Draft Enrollment Form when the homeowner has a balance greater than $0.
  • If the box is not selected, the system will continue requiring a $0 balance to enroll in AutoDraft (ACH).
    
• The One-Time eCheck page will no longer be accessible in both Portal versions.
  • Users attempting to navigate to the page will be met with the following message, "Effective February 24th, the one-time e-check payment method is no longer available. Please select another payment method."
    
    
• Removed the following functionalities related to eChecks from both portal versions to remain in compliance with NACHA requirements: 
  • New Recurring Payments
    • No new recurring eChecks can be created as of 2/24/2022.
  • Edit Active eCheck Payments
    • Homeowners will only be able to delete the Recurring eCheck.
    • All active eChecks will be set to end 12/31/2022.
      
      
• Removed associated Recurring eCheck settings from the following system areas:
  • Disable eCheck in Settings > System Settings > Web Portal.
  • eCheck Additional Action Item in Settings > Action Types/Steps > Payment Alert > Rule > Additional Action.
  • Blocked Ledger Setting in Association > Setting > Blocked Ledger Message.

Truist (BB&T) API

• The BB&T banking integration has been updated accordingly to meet the needs of Truist's recent migration to their new API platform. 
  • An Authorization call was added to the interface.
  • All other BB&T endpoints have been updated with a new URL to accommodate the new API platform.
