Summary - This article is to answer any questions about signing up for ACH in the online Vantaca portal.
After logging into the portal, you will see a button that says Make A Payment
You'll then see a few different options to make payments. There will either be a Single Sign-in option where you'll be redirected to the integrated bank or you can choose ACH to provide your banking account number and routing number.
Note: When choosing the ACH option, you see a pop-up calendar with the closest date available to make a payment.
The payment date is based on your Association> Settings, ACH preferences.
Example: The Association > Settings are to pull ACH on the 5th, but generate 3 days in advance. The earliest date available for the owner to select is the 2nd of the next draft period. The allowable date for the current month will force a date that is the Draft Day - Days in Advance. (In this case, the 2nd.) The homeowners who are included in the ACH preview that is generated are pulled based on ACH Draft Start Date.
