The Vendors Action Items page displays open and closed action items — including invoices, work orders, and other item types — for a selected vendor within one or all associations. Use this page to review vendor activity, create new action items, and export data for reporting.

Navigating to the Action Items Page
To view the vendor action items page, navigate to Vendors > Action Items.
The page displays all open action items for the currently selected vendor and association.
Selecting a Vendor and Association
You must select a vendor to view action items. The page does not support an All Vendors view.
To select a vendor and association:
- Click Select a Vendor or the current vendor's name — located above the association selector.
- In the search screen, select the vendor you want to view. If a vendor was already selected from another screen, their name appears and you can click it to choose a different vendor.
- To change the association, click the association name and select from the search screen. You can also choose All Associations to view action items across every association the vendor services.
Vendor Summary Information
After you select a vendor, summary information for that vendor appears above the action items list.
This section includes the following fields:
- Primary Contact: The primary contact on file for the vendor, including name, phone number, and email address.
- Address: The vendor address.
- Insurance: Any active insurance policies for the vendor and their expiration dates.
- Hold: If the vendor is on hold, this field displays the hold status and reason in red.
- Last Payment: The most recent payment made to the vendor, including the payment source, amount, and date.
- Credit Memo: The status of any credit memos associated with the vendor (if applicable).
Working with Action Items
With a vendor and association selected, all open action items assigned to or associated with that vendor display in the list. These can include invoices, work orders, or any other type of action item where the vendor is selected/assigned on the item itself.
To work with action items you can use any of the following items:

- Select Closed Items to include closed action items in the list.
- Click the caret next to an action item to drill into it and view messages or other relevant details.
- Click New Action Item to create a new action item for the selected vendor.
- Click Export to Excel to export the displayed data to an Excel file.
