Vantaca Central is your in-platform hub for everything you need while you work, including product updates, a feedback portal, in-app tours, chat support, and training. Open it from the Vantaca Central icon and find updates, support, and resources in one place. This article walks through each section of Vantaca Central and how to use it.

Open Vantaca Central

Vantaca Central is available from anywhere in the platform.

1. Click the Vantaca Central icon.
   Vantaca Central opens.
   
   
   
2. Select the section you want to open.

Product Updates

Product Updates keeps you current on what is new in Vantaca. Each update includes a link to the full release notes support article so you can read the details.

When you want to know what changed in a recent release, open Product Updates to see the latest updates and follow the links to learn more.

Submit Ideas

Submit Ideas is where you share feedback and feature suggestions, then follow what happens next. Instead of sending a suggestion and waiting to hear back, you can track ideas through the process.

In Submit Ideas, you can:

• Submit an idea: Share a suggestion for how Vantaca can improve.
• See what is being considered: View ideas that Vantaca is seriously considering building.
• Vote: Vote on the ideas that matter most to you.
• Track progress: Follow an idea through to available.

How-To Tours

How-To Tours is an in-app tour library that is page-aware. It surfaces tours relevant to where you are in the platform, so the help you see matches what you are working on.

This section is a great resource when you are learning the platform or onboarding new staff. The tour library continues to expand, so check back as new tours are added.

Vantaca Service Agent

The Vantaca Service Agent gives you direct access to chat support without leaving Vantaca. Open it from Vantaca Central to get help in the moment.

Note: Access to the Vantaca Service Agent is based on your role. If you do not see it, your access may be scoped to superusers at your management company.

Vantaca University

Vantaca Central includes a direct link to Vantaca University, your destination for training and self-paced learning. Use it to build your skills and become more self-sufficient in the platform.
