We've redesigned the Vantaca Library to make it faster to find answers, easier to navigate, and more helpful than ever. Here's what's new and what to expect.
Same articles, same bookmarks, same login — just a better experience.
What's changed
Search from anywhere
You no longer need to go back to the homepage to search. A search bar now appears in the header on every article, category, and section page. Start typing and results appear instantly.
Redesigned homepage
The homepage now features clear topic categories with icons so you can scan and find the right section quickly. Popular search topics are surfaced as quick-link chips below the search bar.
Vantaca Central
Vantaca Central is your in-platform hub inside Vantaca.net for product updates, feature requests, how-to tours, and Vantaca U training. The homepage links directly to the Vantaca Central article with details on each feature.
Improved article pages
Every article now includes:
- Table of contents — automatically generated from headings, with scroll tracking so you always know where you are in a long article.
- Follow button — subscribe to get notified when an article is updated.
- Section navigation — a sidebar showing other articles in the same section so you can browse related content without going back.
- Attachments — downloadable files appear as styled cards at the bottom of the article.
My Tickets in the header
A dedicated My Tickets button now sits in the header next to Submit a Ticket so you can quickly check on your open requests from any page.
What hasn't changed
✓ Your articles
Every article is exactly where it was. No content has been moved, renamed, or deleted.
✓ Your bookmarks
Any bookmarks or saved links you have will continue to work. URLs have not changed.
✓ Your login
Same sign-in, same account. Nothing to set up again.
✓ Your tickets
Open tickets and history are untouched. Access them from My Tickets in the header.
