Important: Homeowners who want to access Vantaca Home should contact their management company for login credentials and instructions.

Vantaca is a browser-based software platform that stores information in the cloud, so you can access your database from anywhere using the internet and a browser. Vantaca works on all modern browsers, including:

Management Company staff can log in to Vantaca by following these steps:

Important: Before you start, make sure that you have your Company ID and login credentials. If you don't know this information, contact your System Administrator.

1. From any browser, navigate to https://www.vantaca.net. 
   The Vantaca Login screen displays and provides a login area and an Important Message area so you can keep current with the latest Vantaca and industry changes. You can always access the latest Vantaca Release Notes and Vantaca Community from this screen.
2. Enter the following information: 
   
   
   • Company ID: Enter the unique ID created for your company.
   • Login: Enter your username.
   • Password: Enter your password.
3. Click Login.
   Your Vantaca dashboard displays in your browser.

FAQ

Why can't a user log into Vantaca even though their username and password are correct?

Users cannot log into Vantaca without assigned responsibilities, even if their username and password are correct. When a user has valid credentials but no active responsibilities on their profile, their login attempt will fail. To resolve this issue, navigate to Settings > Users, locate the affected user, and click the "+ Assign New Responsibility" button to add the appropriate responsibilities to their profile. Additionally, verify that the Start Dates for any assigned responsibilities have already passed, as users cannot log in before their responsibilities become active.
