The Vantaca dashboard displays an overview of unread messages, a summary of your action items, notifications of recent updates, and provides an Action Center, Call Center, Unreconciled Items, and Scout (Vantaca's AI assistant) sections.

Dashboard
After you log into Vantaca, the dashboard displays:
- Click Home (1) on the main menu to return to the dashboard at any time.

Unread Messages (2): View a list of unread messages. Click to view the message, or right-click to select an option from the menu:
- Mark Read: Marks the message as read.
- Msg: Let's you send a message.
- Select: Selects the associated action item.
- My Action Items (3): View a summary of action items assigned to your role (categorized by step). Click Select beside any action item to begin working with it.
- Updates (4): Contains messages from Vantaca with announcements about new features and system changes.
- Action Center panel (5): See the following section.
Action Center Panel
The Action Center panel includes four areas that you can access by clicking the associated icon:
- Action Center (1)
- Call Center (2)
- Unreconciled Items (3)
- Scout (4)
- Hide (5): Click to hide the Action Center panel.
- Resize (6): Drag to change this panel to a different size.
Action Center
The Action Center shows details of the selected action item that you are actively working with. Your action item details remain displayed in the left panel while you simultaneously navigate on the main screen.
You can click:
- Hamburger Menu (1): To select options to step the action item, send a message, skip the item, edit, or copy it.
- Paperclip icon (2): To view the action item attachments. Depending on the type of action item, you may have additional action buttons such as Approve or Decline.
- XN (3): To open the action item in the main screen and view it's details and messages.
- Association (4): To open the Action Item page for the association on the main screen.
- Owner (5): To open the Ledger for this homeowner on the main screen.
- Full Description (6): To open a screen with the full description.
Call Center
The Call Center panel allows you to search for an action item by the action item or the XN number. After you find the XN, or action item number, you can use the Ledger, Activity, Action Item and XN buttons at the to of the panel to view those related screens.

Unreconciled Items
The Unreconciled Items panel displays bank account periods that contain unreconciled items. Within each item, you can view the Bank Account's Association, Account Name, End Period, and Number of Unreconciled items.
Select any of the items to view the Accounting > Reconciliation page with the Association, Account, and End Period automatically populated with the information from your selection. As you reconcile items for the selection, the information in this panel automatically updates as you work.
If you want to exclude bank accounts from appearing in this section:
- Navigate to Association > Bank Accounts.
- Edit an existing bank account or click New Bank Account.
- Select Hide From Recon List.
- Click Update.
