Vantaca Central's Submit Ideas portal is where you share product enhancement ideas directly with Vantaca, see what other clients are asking for, and track the status of the feedback you submit. This article covers how to submit an idea, how Ideas and voting work, how to track your own submissions, and what to expect along the way. For more information about Vantaca Central, see the "Vantaca Central" article.
Important: Submitting an idea or voting on one helps Vantaca understand what matters most to clients, but it does not guarantee that Vantaca will build the idea. For more information, see What to Expect After You Submit.

Submit an Idea
- On the home dashboard, click the Vantaca Central icon in the navigation menu and select Submit Ideas.
The Submit Ideas screen opens. - Click Submit feedback.
- Describe the problem you are running into and why it matters to you, then click Submit.
Vantaca's team reviews your feedback. If it connects to a broader theme that other clients have also raised, it can appear as an Idea under Under Consideration.
Ideas: Themes You Can Vote On
Ideas represent broader themes that multiple clients are interested in. Not every piece of feedback becomes its own Idea. When a common theme emerges across client feedback, Vantaca surfaces it in Submit Ideas so you can see it and vote on it alongside other clients.
- Under Consideration: A theme that many clients have raised. Vote for it to show it matters to you too. The more votes a theme gets, the more it helps Vantaca prioritize.
- Now Available: The idea has shipped as a feature.
My Priorities: Track Your Own Feedback
To see your votes and submissions, click My Priorities on the Submit Ideas home screen. My Priorities shows:
- Ideas voted for by you: Themes you added to your priorities. Check back to see whether they move to Now Available.
- Feedback submitted by you: Every piece of feedback you submitted, with its status.
Status of Your Submitted Feedback
- New: Vantaca received your feedback and has not reviewed it yet.
- Reviewed: Vantaca's team read and considered your feedback. This is the typical status for an individual submission. It does not mean Vantaca will build that specific item.
What to Expect After You Submit
Vantaca reads every piece of feedback that comes in. Rather than building one-off requests as they arrive, Vantaca looks for patterns across many pieces of feedback. When enough clients raise a common theme, Vantaca groups that feedback together as an Idea and places it under Under Consideration. Vantaca builds from there and moves the Idea to Now Available after it ships.
Because of this, Reviewed is typically the status you see on an individual submission. It reflects that Vantaca read and considered the feedback, not a commitment to build that exact item. If your feedback relates to a theme Vantaca is actively gathering input on, you can track it and vote on it alongside other clients as an Idea under Under Consideration.
FAQ
Q: My feedback shows Reviewed. Does that mean Vantaca is building it?
A: Not necessarily. Reviewed means Vantaca's team read and considered your feedback. Vantaca builds based on patterns across many pieces of feedback, not individual requests, so a reviewed item can still be reflected in a broader theme later.
Q: Will I be notified when something I asked for ships?
A: Check My Priorities to see whether Ideas you voted for have moved to Now Available. You can also open Product Updates in Vantaca Central to see what is new in each release.
