When an Action Item step or message sends a notification to an internal or external role, Vantaca populates the message details. To view message details, click the Sent To link on any action item notification. The details shown are specific to that action item notification only.
Note: Vantaca will hold this information for 6 months. Action Items older than 6 months will not contain email message details.
The name of the recipient of the notification shows. Drill down to see the information in the following columns:
Column | Description |
Processed | This column always shows the timestamp when this notification occurred. |
Method |
The method by which this notification was sent. This is determined by the configuration of the notification settings in the rules of the step of the action item. Some example methods include the following:
Notes:
|
Status |
The current status of the notification, such as Sent, Printed, Error, Processing, or No Token. No Token only displays when the Method is App and indicates that they do not have the mobile app or have not registered for app notifications. |
Details |
Includes additional details about the notification depending on the action item type and method of the notification, such as email address if the method is email. |
If you drill down on an item with an Email Method, Event History displays, which is the Sendgrid information for the emails.
Depending on what email carrier the recipient uses, Vantaca receives different levels of information. This information may be as general as successfully delivered or as specific as opened by recipient or replied to.
This information populates only when a notification is sent. If there is no Role assigned to the step, or if (for example) the Homeowner does not have an email on file, then no email data populates.
