The Collections Insights page in Vantaca IQ provides a comprehensive analytics dashboard for tracking and analyzing your association's collections performance, including key metrics, trends, and processing outcomes across customizable time periods and portfolio segments.

The Insights Collections page includes several key components that work together to provide a complete view of your collections performance.
This page includes the following features:
Note: You can save your filter selections as presets on this page. For more information, see the Managing Filter Presets section in the "Vantaca IQ - Insights" article.

Date Range Selection: Select specific time periods for analysis (custom date selection is limited to the past 2 years and excludes future months). Compare performance across different time periods and focus on specific date ranges relevant to your reporting needs.
Note: All charts and metrics on the dashboard will reflect the time period selected in the Month Picker. - Print and Feedback Options: Export capabilities and feedback submission tools.
- Data Source icon: Indicates whether this page uses live or scheduled data. For more information about these icons, see the "Vantaca IQ: Understanding Live and Scheduled Data" article.
- Portfolios: Segment data by portfolio groupings.
- Associations: Filter by specific associations or include all of them .

Collections Summary: View key performance indicators and trends with historical performance tracking and pattern identification. Each metrics card shows specific statistics as well as the % change for that statistic.
- Collections Created: The number of collections created.
- Collections Created Rate: The number of collections created as a percentage of the company's total doors.
- Average Processing Time: The average amount of time in days that it took to process the collection.
- Closed With Attorney: The percentage of collections closed with an attorney.
- Closed Without Attorney: The percentage of collections closed without an attorney.
- Bar Charts: Analyze collections volume by month to see trends and seasonal patterns. Hover over the bar to view specifics.
- Pie Charts: Examine open and closed collections breakdowns to see the distribution of collections by category, percentage breakdown of collection types, success rates for different collection strategies, breakdown of collection outcomes, and a visual representation of your active collections portfolio.
