What is Vantaca IQ?
Vantaca IQ is an independent dashboard that provides Association metrics alongside Employee data for management companies to assess the activity being performed in Vantaca. Vantaca IQ provides an intelligent dashboard, creates accessible charts, and provides insightful, knowledgeable reports that have been tailored to our client's needs.

Why Does This Feature Exist?
Vantaca IQ provides you with a single source of truth for your association data! Vantaca IQ fills a current industry gap by being able to highlight and identify input metrics that affect day-to-day activity on an individual and association level. Currently, the only solutions that provide the same value are not native to existing workflows and can become expensive due to the reallocation of employee manpower, the decision delays the lack of information results in, and/or the cost of outside resources needed to generate the same information that Vantaca IQ will provide.
Are there any permissions that I have to enable?
Users with the System or Global Admin role will automatically have access to Vantaca IQ. If you want to give access to additional roles, you'll need to give them View Access under Settings > Roles > Security > Vantaca IQ. The Vantaca IQ Permission must be enabled for the user to access Vantaca IQ. You can enable access to Association IQ and Employee IQ by enabling their respective View permission(s). If only the Vantaca IQ permission is enabled, the user will only be able to view the Business IQ.
Note: If the Association Dashboard or Employee Dashboard permissions are enabled without enabling the Vantaca IQ permission, the user will still not be able to access any of Vantaca IQ.

- How will I login? You can use your existing Vantaca credentials to log in to Vantaca IQ.
- Is there a mobile version? Vantaca IQ is fully optimized to run on mobile devices without any interruption in the available features. Anything that can be accomplished on a desktop browser can be achieved in its mobile counterpart.
- Can I export Vantaca IQ data? Convenient Export options are easily accessible throughout Vantaca IQ which will download the selected section's information to a CSV file for the user. Right click on the data row and select one of the two available Export options from the dropdown list.
- Can I use the back button to return to the previous page? You can indeed use the back button AND, it won't return you the login screen! 🎉
