The Vantaca IQ feature contains dashboards that provide business-level insights and specific association, employee, and workflow data metrics for management companies to assess the activity performed in Vantaca. It provides intelligent dashboards, creates accessible charts, and shows insightful, knowledgeable reports that are tailored to your needs.

Consider Vantaca IQ as the single source of truth for your association data, as it can highlight and identify input metrics that affect day-to-day activity on both an individual and association level. Additional benefits of Vantaca IQ include:

• Workflows: Vantaca IQ is native to existing workflows.
• Mobile: Runs on mobile devices without interruption in available features. Anything that you can do on a desktop browser you can do on the mobile counterpart.
• Information: Provides information that normally results in the cost of outside resources, reallocation of employee manpower, and delays in decision-making due to lack of information.
• Export Data: You can export selected data to a CSV or Microsoft Excel file by clicking Export at the top-left of any table or by right-clicking the desired data row and then selecting the Export option from the dropdown list.
• Dark Mode: Supports dark mode browsers.
• Back Button: Does not return you to the login screen!

How to Access

To access Vantaca IQ:

1. 1. From within Vantaca, navigate to Management > Vantaca IQ.
      OR
      From any browser, go to: iq.vantaca.net.
      The Vantaca IQ Login screen displays.
   2. Enter the following information (use your existing Vantaca credentials):
      
      
      
      
      • Company ID: Your unique company identifier.
      • Login: Your username.
      • Password: Your password.
   3. Click Log in. If you have not set up your default My Dashboard, a blank dashboard displays. See the "Vantaca IQ - Dashboards" article for information about how to set up your dashboard.
      
      
      
      If you have previously set up My Dashboard, it displays all of the tools and information as you arranged. The following example shows My Dashboard set up with the Association Financial Delivery and Open Invoices tools.
