The Associations dashboard shows a list of all associations within your organization, association type, portfolios assigned to each, and each association property count.
Association Listing
In Vantaca IQ, click the Associations menu option to view the Association dashboard. The Association Listing displays by default.
Association Details
Click any Code, Association Name, or Nickname, to see more details about an association's individual activity.
Click the Association Listing link to return to the Association Listing page.
The Individual Association Dashboard contains the following performance tools:
- Open Service Requests: A list of open service requests that include all Action Types within the Work Order category. Click an XN to view more details in Vantaca.
- Open Invoices: A list of open invoices. Click an XN to view more details in Vantaca.
- Open Items: A list of action items that are open within this association. Open items do not depend on a date range. Click an XN to view more details in Vantaca.
- Open Violations: A list of open Violations. This includes all Action Types within the Violation category. Click an XN to view more details in Vantaca.
- Violation Overview: The number of created, open, and completed violations as well as the percent of violation completion in the selected date range for this association.
- Association Bank Balances: Bank account balances for this association, grouped by bank. Click the caret beside the bank name to view information for each individual account.
- Action Item Activity: A list of action items within this association that were advanced or taken action on, including sending messages.
- Open ARC Requests: A list of open ARC requests. Click an XN to view more details in Vantaca.
- ARC Request Overview: The number of received, open, and completed ARC requests as well as the percent of ARC request completion in the selected date range for this association. Note that open ARC requests do not depend on the date range.
- Service Request Overview: The number of received, open, and completed service requests as well as the percent of service request completion in the selected date range for this association. This includes all Action Types within the Work Order category. Note that open service requests do not depend on the date range.
- Action Items Completed: The total number of action items by type, that were completed across all associations.
- Invoice Overview: The total number of invoices received and paid, processed through the Complete Data Entry step, and the average time the invoices spent in that step. This does not include voided invoices. Specific dates may not be shown on the graph if there were no invoices paid or received on that date.
- Action Item Activity: The total number of action items by type, advanced, or stepped, which can include sending a message on an item.
