You can search for a homeowner payment using the Payment Search screen. See the following procedure about how to do so and for more information, the "Searching for an Owner Payment (Payment Search)" article.
To search for a specific homeowner payment:
- Navigate to Homeowners > Payment Search.
The Payment Search screen opens.
- Enter criteria in the top search bar for either the Payment Date Range, Check No, or Amount to start you search.
- Click Search.
- Add additional filters such as Association, Account, Bank Account, Date, Type, Description, etc. to refine your results.
