PA035 Credit Card Payment Processing Error | An error occurred while processing a credit card payment. This error indicates the credit card payment was declined or blocked. The issue typically originates from the card issuer or payment processor and involves one of the following situations:

PA036 Payment Method Authorization Error | A saved payment method has invalid or expired authorization. This error occurs when saved payment information no longer has valid authorization from the financial institution. The authorization that was established when the payment method was first added has either expired or become invalid at the bank level. This is not a card processing error—the system cannot use the saved payment information because the bank no longer recognizes the previous authorization. |
Note: This process creates a new authorization with your financial institution for the payment method. You do not need to contact your bank, simply re-enter your payment information in Vantaca. |
