The Video below will briefly walk you through using Vantaca's Homeowner Portal to submit an Architectural Change Request to your Management Company. 

Use the Share button on the video to share this video with your homeowners by copying the Vimeo link, or you can embed the video right into your Homeowner and Board Portal by clicking Share > Embed (</>) and then copying the provided Embed Code into a useful spot within your portal.

FAQ

Q: Why can't owners see ARC forms on the ARC Request page?

A: This issue occurs when the ARC sub folder is named incorrectly. The sub folder must be named exactly "ARC" for forms to appear on the ARC Request page.

To resolve this issue:

1. Navigate to Association > Documents
2. Locate the Forms folder
3. Click the caret (arrow) to the left of the Forms folder to expand it
4. Right-click on the ARC sub folder and select Edit Folder
5. In the Folder Name field, ensure it reads exactly "ARC" (no extra text or spacing)
6. Click Update

Once corrected, forms will appear for download on the ARC Request page.
