Reach the Homeowner List
Board members click Homeowners in the Board Actions menu to open the Homeowner List page.
The Homeowner List Table
The table lists every homeowner in the association. Click the three dots in any column header to filter that column, click a column header to sort, and use the search field to find a specific homeowner. Select the Previous Owners Only checkbox to see homeowners who have since transferred their account. Click the Gear icon and Save Grid Settings to keep your preferred filters, sorting, and columns the next time you open the page. Click Export to download the current table to a spreadsheet.
Homeowner Detail View
Click a homeowner's account number to open their detail view. The detail view has three tabs: Items, Summary, and Transactions.
Items Tab
Shows the homeowner's action items. Board members only see action items categorized under Board Actions: ARCs, Invoices, Work Orders, and Collections.
Summary Tab
Shows the homeowner's charges broken down by charge type (for example, Maintenance, Late Fee), so you can see how a payment was allocated across statutory charge-type steps.
Transactions Tab
Shows the homeowner's full transaction ledger as a table, with columns in this order: Date, Type, Description, Charge, Payment, Balance. Each row is a single transaction. A payment that settles several charge types (for example, one check covering Maintenance, a Late Fee, and an assessment) still shows as one row, not one row per charge type; the Description column already names the charge on charge rows. The list is not sortable, since Balance only reads correctly as a running total in the order transactions actually occurred.
Note: On a phone, the Transactions tab shows as a list of cards instead of a table. The table layout applies at tablet width and above, including when viewed in the homeowner detail slideout from a narrower desktop window.
Export the Transactions Tab
Click Export on the Transactions tab to download the ledger to a spreadsheet. The exported file leads with Account Number and Homeowner(s) columns ahead of Date, Type, Description, Charge, and Payment, so each row can be tied back to the right homeowner. These two columns aren't shown in the on-screen table, since the homeowner is already named at the top of the page, but they're included in the export so it lines up column-for-column with the Homeowner List page's own export.
