Vantaca Pay makes the payment process efficient and streamlined. This guide provides instructions about how to set up and manage (onboard) associations to use Vantaca Pay.

Add Accounts
To create Vantaca Pay accounts for associations:
- Navigate to Association > Vantaca Pay Accounts.
- Click the Available Accounts tab.
- Select one or more associations for which you want to create a Vantaca Pay account, and then click Add Account. The Add Account screen displays.

Enter the information for the business decision maker (typically the CEO, CFO, or another executive/owner).
Note: When you enter the phone number and address, use the business information for the management company.
- Click Update.
Vantaca creates the Vantaca Pay account for the selected associations.
Review Pending Accounts and Correct Errors
To review pending Vantaca Pay accounts and correct errors:
- Navigate to Association > Vantaca Pay Accounts.
- Click the Pending tab to view pending account creations.

Click the caret next to the account to open it and display any errors (Restrictions).
In the following example, the restriction shows that the bank account number isn't valid, and you would need to navigate to the Association > Bank Accounts page to correct the association bank account number.
- After you correct any errors, click Resubmit to resend the form for account creation or Reset to Available to cancel the Vantaca Pay account and place it back in the Available Accounts list.
Connected Accounts
Click the Connected tab to see a list of all your associations that are connected to Vantaca Pay. You can review the account ID, Connected Date, and portfolios tied the the association.
Company Addresses
The Vantaca Pay Accounts screen includes the Company Addresses tab (1), which lists all of the addresses for each active association tied to your management company.
Vantaca Pay does not accept P.O. boxes when creating a Vantaca Pay account.
If you experience an issue because an association's address includes a P.O box:
- Navigate to Association > Vantaca Pay Accounts.
- Click Company Addresses.
- Click Edit beside the association that includes a P.O. box in the address.
- Update the Physical Address so it does not include a P.O. box.

Click Update.
This address update remains in Vantaca Pay and does not affect the address stored in other parts of the Vantaca platform.
