Some clients have international workers who are unable to view or access any information on the bank reconciliation screen.
Example 1: Worker One can see Vantaca items on the right.
Example 2: Worker Two is unable to see Vantaca items on the right due to them currently being in an international time zone.
To resolve this international time zone issue, change the time zone settings on your computer to a time zone in the United States. Once this is changed, all the information should load on the bank reconciliation screen.
