Vantaca Home - Account Registration

If a homeowner does not have credentials for your association's portal, they'll need to register for an account.

Homeowners with a Portal Key

1. From Vantaca Home's Login page, click the Sign Up link.

2. Enter the following information and click the Sign Up button to complete:

• Account # and Registration Key: These are included in the association's Welcome Letter.
• Email
• Name
• Phone number
• Password
• Confirm password

Homeowners without a Portal Key

1. From Vantaca Home's Login page, click the Sign Up link.

2. Click the Don't have an account number or registration key? link.

3. Enter the following information and click the Request button to complete:

   • Name
   • Phone Number
   • Property address
   • Association Name
   • Account # (if available)

Requesting an account number and registration key is not an automated process, please allow enough time for your association to respond to your new account request.
