Offers is a free benefit for your residents in Vantaca Home, powered by a partnership with PerkSpot. It brings the PerkSpot discount marketplace, with exclusive deals from thousands of national brands, directly into the resident experience at no cost. This article explains where residents find Offers and how they use it.

Important: If your account looks different from what's shown here, don't worry! Offers is rolling out gradually and will be available soon. It appears only on the redesigned Vantaca Home experience.

What Is Offers?

Offers is a positive, no-cost perk provided to your community. There is nothing for residents to buy and nothing to sign up for. The discounts are simply there when they want them, and the benefit reflects well on the management company providing it.

Where Residents Find Offers

Every signed-in resident can reach Offers in two places, with nothing to request or unlock:

• Vantaca Home (web): The Offers option in the left navigation.
• Vantaca Home mobile app: The Offers option in the side menu.

How Residents Browse and Redeem Deals

The Offers page opens with a selection of featured deals right inside Vantaca Home, so residents can browse without leaving the portal.

1. Select Offers from the navigation to open the page of featured deals.
2. Select Explore more deals to open the full PerkSpot marketplace and search by brand or category.
3. Select a deal.
   PerkSpot opens in a new tab, with the resident signed in automatically through single sign-on. There is no separate PerkSpot login to create.
4. Copy the promo code, then apply it on the retailer's website or in store to redeem the discount.

Personalized Deals and Your Branding

Residents start out seeing a similar set of deals, which become more relevant over time based on the offers they browse. No personal account information is shared with PerkSpot to do this. Your management company branding also carries into the PerkSpot experience, so the benefit continues to feel like part of your community after residents click through.

Optional PerkSpot Features

PerkSpot offers a few extras residents can choose to use. These are completely optional, and nothing is turned on automatically:

• A PerkSpot browser extension that surfaces deals while shopping online.
• A PerkSpot rewards program residents can join.

Getting Help with an Offer

For questions about a specific deal, a promo code, or redeeming an offer, residents should contact PerkSpot Customer Support. PerkSpot manages the marketplace and the deals, so they can resolve offer-specific questions fastest.
