The Directory page in the Vantaca Home portal lists the people in the community: board members, committee members, and (optionally) homeowners. Homeowners reach it by clicking Directory in the left navigation menu. This article describes the three tabs on the Directory page, what information appears in each tab, and the management settings that control directory visibility and contact information.

How Homeowners Reach the Directory
Homeowners click Directory in the left navigation menu to open the Community Directory page.
Directory Tabs
The Directory page has three tabs:
- Board Members: Lists current board members of the association.
- Committee: Lists committee members (for example, ARC Committee).
- Homeowners: Lists homeowners in the association when homeowner directory visibility is enabled.
Click a tab to switch the list. The Board Members tab opens by default.
Note: The Homeowners tab is hidden when homeowner visibility is disabled for the association.
What Appears in Each Row
Each row in the directory shows:
- Name: The board member, committee member, or homeowner name.
- Phone: The contact phone number when the person allows it to be displayed.
- Email: The contact email address when the person allows it to be displayed.
- Group: For board members, the group (Board); for committee members, the committee name.
- Title: For board members, the title (for example, President, Vice President, Board Member, ARC Committee).
The Homeowners tab uses a different column set: Name, Address, Phone, and Email. The Group and Title columns do not apply on this tab. Each cell shows the value the homeowner has chosen to make visible in the Directory.
Searching and Filtering
Homeowners can search the directory using the search field at the top of the page. Click the filter icon next to a column header to filter that column.
The total row count and current page appear at the bottom.
Configuration Notes
- Enable the Directory page: Under Association > Portal Pages, verify the Directory page is in the Association Portal Pages tab.
- Board members and committee members: Manage board and committee membership and titles under Association > Board/Committee. Information set here appears in the corresponding Directory tabs.
- Homeowner visibility: Enable or disable the Homeowners tab at the association level. Individual homeowners can opt out of being included in the Homeowners tab from the Account Preferences tab in their Profile Settings page. For details, see the "Vantaca Home: Profile Settings Page" article.
- Contact display: Homeowners control whether their phone and email appear in the Directory through their Account Preferences. If a homeowner opts to hide contact information, the corresponding cells show empty.
