Vantaca Home - Acceptable Upload File Types

Summary: This article will detail different file types that are supported in Vantaca.

Whether uploading a document through Vantaca Home or directly into Vantaca, here is a list of acceptable and supported file types:

-avi, csv, doc, docx, gif, html, jpg, mov, mp3, mp4, ogg, pdf, png, ppt, pptx, rtf, svg, xls, xlsx, wav, wmv

Regardless of the acceptable file type, there is a combined maximum file size of 25 MB for any submitted individual request within Vantaca Home.

There are certain file types that can be uploaded through Vantaca Home, but are not supported and therefore unable to be read in Vantaca. Those unacceptable types are as follows:

-exe, heic, odp, ods, odt

Note: mp3, mp4 and ogg will play in the attachment window of the Action Item. If a ppt or pptx is uploaded through Vantaca Home, there is the potential for the file name to change, but it still will successfully load in Vantaca.
