Below are some common questions asked about Vantaca’s Architectural Request (ARC) Voting

When will Vantaca Architectural Request (ARC) Voting be available?

A: ARC Voting will be available for management companies in early August, 2024.

Is ARC Voting required? 

A: No, ARC Voting is not required or enabled by default. You can set up this feature at the management company level or turn it on or off at the association level, all while maintaining the custom implementations based on association preferences.

Is ARC Voting available in the mobile app?  

A: ARC Voting is optimized for the mobile experience, and you can access it easily from any mobile device (tablet or phone) through a browser. However, it is not available in the mobile app yet.

 How would my company use Approved with Conditions?

A: Within ARC Voting, the Approve and Decline votes are binary, which does not allow for you to approve or decline with conditions. However, you can customize Vantaca and set this up as the next step within the Architectural Request Action Type configuration. We recommend setting up final approval by either the committee chair or a management company employee to ensure that only valid requests are accepted.
