You can display custom content on pre-login authentication pages including:
Sign Up
Forgot Password
Log In
This content appears above the authentication elements and can include association-specific information, instructions, or important notices. The content displays:
- The first 200 pixels of content.
- A View All button if content exceeds 200 pixels that users can click to expand and view the complete content.
- A scroll if expanded content exceeds screen height.

Content Hierarchy
Custom content uses the following priority order:
- Association-specific content (highest priority)
- Model Association content
- Management Company content
- No content displays if none are configured
Note: Login screens do not display custom content. Custom content only appears on separate authentication pages (Sign Up, Forgot Password, Sign In).
Add Custom Content
To add custom content to authentication flows:
- Navigate to Association > Portal Pages.

Click Edit next to the page you want to customize.
The Edit Portal Page opens.
- Click the Plus symbol (+) to open the Edit Body Content section.
- Click View HTML
to open the HTML editor.

Add your custom HTML content and click Update.
The content will display above the authentication form. - Click Update on the Edit Portal Page screen.
