The Vantaca Home mobile app is the phone version of your Vantaca Home resident portal. Homeowners can view their balance, make payments, read messages, and keep up with their community, all from a phone. About the Mobile App
Important: Your management company may offer the app under its own brand name, so the app icon and colors can be different for each management company or association.
The Vantaca Home mobile app gives residents and board members access to their community account on iPhone and Android. With the app, you can:
- View your account balance and recent transactions.
- Make payments and manage Auto Pay.
- Read and respond to messages from your management company.
- Track amenity reservations and architectural requests.
If you are a board member, you can also review and approve community items, such as request approvals, architectural reviews, work orders, and violations. For more information, see the "Vantaca Home Mobile: Board Member Actions" article.
Download the App
The Vantaca Home mobile app is free to download.
- Open the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.
- Search for Vantaca Home, or for your management company's app name if they use a branded app.
- Tap Get or Install.
Sign In
Use the same email and password you use to sign in to the Vantaca Home portal on a computer. You do not need a separate account for the app.
- Open the app.
- Enter your email and password.
- Tap Sign In.
The home screen displays.
Tip: If you forget your password, tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to reset it.
Navigate the App
The app has two main ways to move around:
- Home screen: The first screen you see after you sign in. It gives you a quick view of your account, payments, messages, and any items that need your attention. For more information, see the "Vantaca Home Mobile: Using the Dashboard" article.
- Side menu: Tap the Menu icon to open the side menu, which lists the pages available to you. Board members see additional board pages in this menu.
A Faster Home Screen
The app's home screen is built to open quickly. The screen appears right away and fills in your account details as they become available, so you spend less time waiting whenever you open the app.
