The dashboard is the home screen of the Vantaca Home mobile app. It gives you a quick view of your account, payments, and messages, and, for board members, the community items that need your attention. This article explains the cards you see on the dashboard and what you can do from each one.
Important: If your account looks different from what's shown here, don't worry! This update is rolling out gradually and will be available to you soon.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is the first screen you see after you sign in. It is made up of cards that each show a different part of your account. The cards you see depend on your role and your community's settings, so your dashboard may not include every card described in this article.
Resident Cards
These cards are available to homeowners.
Request Summary
The Request Summary card appears when you have upcoming amenity reservations or pending architectural requests. It shows a count of each, and you can tap a count to open the related page.
Payments
The Payments card shows your current account balance and any upcoming charges. From this card you can:
- Make a Payment: Tap to start a payment.
- Account Details: Tap to view your account details, manage your payment methods, and set up or change Auto Pay.
If you have more than one account, tap the account selector to switch between them.
Recent Transactions
The Recent Transactions card lists your most recent charges and payments for the selected account. Tap View All to open your full account history.
Inbox
The Inbox card shows your most recent messages from your management company. Tap a message to read it, or tap View All to open your full inbox.
Board Member Cards
These cards appear only if you have a board role on the association.
Board Actions
The Board Actions card appears if you are a board member. It shows how many items are waiting for your review in each category, such as architectural reviews, invoices, work orders, collections, inspections, and violations. Tap a category to open that board page and take action. For more information, see the "Vantaca Home Mobile: Board Member Actions" article.
ARC Voting
The ARC Voting card appears if you are an architectural review committee member and architectural review voting is enabled for your community. It lets you browse open architectural requests one at a time. From this card you can:
- Move through the open requests to review each one.
- View Attachments: Tap to see the supporting documents for a request.
- Vote: Tap to open the request and cast your vote.
FAQ
Q: Why don't I see all of the cards described here?
A: The cards you see depend on your role and your community's settings. For example, the board cards appear only for board members, and the Payments card appears only if you have billing access.
Q: Why does the dashboard open faster than before?
A: The home screen now loads right away and fills in your account details as they become available, so you spend less time waiting when you open the app.
