This article describes how to set portal pages as public-facing so the general public can view them.

You can set the Calendar and certain documents so anyone can see them by linking to a specific association. Use the following link structure:

https://portal.[CompanyURL]/?c=[Association Code].

Example:

I work for ABC Management Company (www.abcmgt.com) and I want to link to Presidential Valley's (Association Code: 999) specific page. The final link will look like this:
https://portal.abcmgt.com/?c=999

The link provides access to the publicly-facing portal pages without requiring the user to have a portal account. We recommend that this link be easily available on your company website or where homeowners can access it without needing your support to do so.
