Early Access: If your account looks different from what's shown here, don't worry! This update is rolling out gradually and will be available to you soon.
The Dashboard is the first page homeowners see when they log in to the Vantaca Home portal, and the first page you see when you mimic a homeowner. It surfaces account balances, pending requests, recent transactions, recent Inbox activity, and (for board members) summary counts for items requiring board attention. This article describes each section of the Dashboard, what controls visibility, and how the cards reflect the homeowner's current property selection.

Reminder Banner
The reminder banner appears at the top of the Dashboard when the homeowner has upcoming amenity reservations. For board members and ARC committee members, the banner also lists architectural requests pending review. The banner shows a count of each item type and links to the corresponding page. The banner is hidden when there are no upcoming reservations and no pending requests to surface.
Payments Card
The Payments card shows account balance information, AutoPay enrollment status, and shortcuts to the most common payment actions.
The Payments card displays:
- Account balance: The current balance for the selected account.
- Account # dropdown: Shows the account number for the selected account. Homeowners with multiple accounts can switch between them in this dropdown.
- Upcoming Charges: The total of charges scheduled for the next billing cycle.
- AutoPay indicator: A visual toggle that shows whether the homeowner is enrolled in AutoPay. The indicator links to the AutoPay settings page.
- Make a Payment: Click to open the Make a Payment page with the account preselected.
- Manage Payments: Click to open the Manage Account page to manage saved, recurring, and future one-time payments.
Note: If the account is blocked from accepting payments (for example, the account is in collections or with legal), the card shows a Blocked status instead of the balance. For details about customizing the Make a Payment button label, see the "Vantaca Home: Customizing Your Credit Card Buttons" article.
Recent Transactions Card
The Recent Transactions card lists the most recent ledger transactions for the selected account, including the date, description, status, and amount. Homeowners click View All to open the full account history page.
Inbox
The Inbox section on the Dashboard shows the most recent items from the homeowner's Inbox. Each row includes the category, subject, snippet of the most recent message, and date. Homeowners click a row to open the full Inbox detail view or click View All to open the full Inbox.
For details about the Inbox itself, see the "Vantaca Home: Inbox" article.
Board Member Section
The Board Member section appears at the bottom of the Dashboard only for users who have board member or ARC committee permissions. It displays the Board Actions card with counts for items requiring board attention.
The Board Actions card lists the following categories:
- ARC Management: Architectural requests awaiting board review or voting. The category label reflects the ARC name configured for the association (for example, ARC Management, ACC Management).
- Invoices: Invoices awaiting board approval.
- Work Orders: Work orders awaiting board review.
- Collections: Collections actions awaiting board action.
- Inspections: Property inspections requiring review.
- Violations: Violation items requiring review.
Each category shows a count and a View All link that opens the full list on the corresponding Board Actions page.
For details about each category, see the "Vantaca Home: Board Actions Menu" article.
How Property Selection Affects the Dashboard
Dashboard sections reflect the property currently selected in the Property Selector card at the top-right of the portal. When a homeowner with more than one property switches properties, the Payments card, Recent Transactions card, and Inbox section update to show data for the newly selected property.
The Reminder banner reflects the homeowner's amenity reservations and (for board or ARC committee members) pending architectural requests across all of their properties, so it does not change when the homeowner switches properties. The Board Member section reflects board-wide action items rather than a single property and also does not change when properties are switched.
