Statement QR Code

Description:

Added the ability to include a QR code to the three-column statement and homeowner invoice's header.

 

  • The QR code will redirect the user to the Company's Portal URL.
  • Functionality will be controlled via Association > Settings > Statements > Include QR Code:

Impact:

Putting a QR Code that redirects your homeowners directly to your association's homeowner portal provides an efficient and convenient means for your homeowners to manage their payments online.

Credit Memo Payment Protections

Description:

Added protections for invoices that have had credit memos applied to them resulting in a $0.00 payment being passed to third-party providers.

Impact:

These payment protections will help mitigate the chance for erroneous payment errors that require support intervention to resolve.

Balance Sheet Reports

  • Fixed an issue with Balance Sheet Report variations not adhering to the configured GL order.

Lockbox

  • Fixed an issue that was preventing lockboxes from being posted to the correct account for secondary banks.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing checks to split with their combined values being greater than the original, unsplit check total.

Income Statement with Codes Report

  • Fixed an issue that was causing void verbiage to be displayed in perpetuity even in cases where the payment was voided and then reclassed.

 

Vantaca IQ Features

Overnight Monitoring

Description:

Added monitoring functions to track and automatically refresh data in IQ in the event of an overnight failure.

Impact:

These monitoring functions will help ensure that your IQ data always stays current no matter when you're accessing it and the automatic refresh has been designed to automatically initiate if the system detects a failure during the overnight data retrieval.

Auto-Generated Action Items

  • Fixed an issue with performance tools including auto-generated actions resulting in skewed metrics.

Association Financial Delivery

  • Fixed an issue with the Association's Financial Delivery performance tool not filtering out voided action items and including non-live associations in past periods by mistake.

Completed Invoices

  • Fixed an issue that was causing the Completed Invoices tool to not accurately display Associations.
    • Renamed Completed Invoices to Coded Invoices.
      • Tooltip has been reworded to, "A list of invoices that have been coded by the employee within the selected date range. Click an XN to see more details in the Vantaca core application."
