Maximize Table

 

Added maximize/minimize controls (1), next to the Settings icon, to data-heavy accounting tables so users can change the table as desired.

Update Description
Table Size and Zoom Support
  • Fixed an issue so when users adjust the
    zoom in the browser and then return to
    100%, the table remains in full view
    regardless of zoom     percentage and when
    navigating to other tables.
Void Income Statements Display as Reclass
  • Fixed an issue where after you void an invoice, the Income Statement report GL code drill-down information displays the appropriate void language instead of Reclass.
Update Button on Non-live Association Assessments Page
  • Fixed an issue so users can make changes to an assessment and update/save the information when the related association is not live and does not have a bank account.
Statement Charges For Rent with Annual Frequency
  • Fixed an issue where annual fees and charges now apply to the account at the correct frequency and show in reports with the correct year.
Edit/Review Dashboard
  • Fixed an issue so that when users edit and
    review the dashboard, the tool/area layout
    displays correctly, and the dashboard then
    saves correctly.
Table Navigation Display (Mac/Safari)
  • Fixed an issue so Mac/Safari users who
    navigate to more details in a table see
    the information displayed correctly.
Attachment Upload Text
  • Fixed an issue so users can now see the
    Attachment Upload text in dark mode.
Action Item Menu in Dark Mode
  • Fixed an issue so users can now see the
    Action Item menu options in dark mode.
Mailroom Email Accounts Format
  • Fixed an issue so the Mailroom >
    Email Accounts> Edit Email Account
    page format is correct when editing
    and/or creating a new forwarding email.
Financial Overview Page Alignment
  • Fixed an issue so the Financial Overview
    page is aligned and allows users to
    scroll the page.
Upload Files Scrollbar
  • Fixed an issue so when users navigate to
    System > Conversion and then try to
    upload files, the scrollbar displays
    appropriately.

Update Description
ARC Attachment Functionality
ARC Messages Display Newest to Oldest
  • ARC messages now display chronologically
    from the latest to the oldest.

New Time Period Filter Option
  • Board members can now view more than a 12-month ARC History with the addition of the following new filter options:
    • Last 24 months
    • Last 36 months
    • All time

Note: These options may cause a slower load time due to volume.
Updated Hard-coded Content for Payment
Disclosures
  • Removed the hard-coded fee text from
    payment disclosures.

Board Actions Tool Shows Turned-off Features
  • Fixed an issue so when an association
    turns off a feature, but the user role has
    permission to see it, the feature does not
    show.
Hidden ARC XNs Show
  • Fixed an issue so ARC request steps that
    are hidden by a management company no
    longer show for homeowners and
    board/committee members.
Canceled Recurring Payment Continues to Draft
  • Fixed an issue to ensure that canceled
    recurring payments do not draft after
    cancelation.
ARC Management Include Closed Option Resets
Saved Columns
  • Fixed an issue so when users save their
    table settings and then enable the Include
    Closed option, the table no longer resets
    and continues to show all columns that
    were saved.
Homeowner Account Selection Refresh
  • Fixed an issue so that when homeowners
    select a different account, the top portion
    of the screen refreshes correctly.
Interface Mimic Button
  • Fixed an issue so when a third-party
    payment provider disables the Allow mimic
    for third-party payments option, users that
    try to mimick a homeowner cannot access
    the payment provider.
All Addresses Include the
Unit Number
  • Fixed an issue so all addresses now include
    the unit number (if provided).
  • This impacts both Vantaca Home and Pay
    as unit numbers are now included when
    selecting an account.
Activity Notes Auto-draft Unenroll
  • Fixed an issue where homeowner activity
    notes for canceled draft plans showed as
    Vantaca Pay unenrolled when the owner
    was actually enrolled in legacy auto-pay.
    Activity notes now reflect the correct
    payment program.
ARC Request Shows Incorrect Account Number
  • Fixed an issue where ARC request details
    displayed the logged-in user's account
    number instead of the homeowner who
    submitted the ARC request.
