Community Management Platform Corrections   

Call Center 

• Fixed an issue where action items created from the Call Center were not saving or stepping correctly after navigating to another page. 

GL Trial Balance 

• Fixed an issue where GL Groups selected on the report filter were not displaying on the report. 

Financials 

• Fixed an issue where Financial Package Generations were failing in some instances when the Proposed Annual Budget Comparison was included. 

Mailing List Export 

• Fixed an issue where the Mailing List Export was not pulling the correct communication preferences for homeowners.   

Vantaca IQ 

Vantaca Homeowner & Board Login Activity  

Vantaca IQ’s latest feature is now available on the Business Dashboard. With this tool, you can gain insights into portal adoption rates across your entire organization. Here's what you can do with it: 

• Track Login Percentages: Monitor homeowner and board member login percentages to ensure appropriate engagement levels. 
• Identify Non-Logins: Track homeowners and properties without logins to ensure homeowners receive the necessary credentials and have properly configured communication preferences. 
• Enhance Scorecard Reporting: Use the data to monitor engagement levels across different portfolios, increase transparency with boards, and review electronic payment activity per homeowner.  

Tool Details: 

• Total Homeowners displays the count of all homeowners, excluding board members, with each homeowner counted only once even if they own multiple properties. 
• Total Logins indicates the total number of logins within the selected date range, including multiple logins by the same homeowner. 
• Unique Logins shows the total number of distinct homeowners or board members who have logged in, excluding multiple logins by the same user. 

Homeowners Without Logins Pop Out: 

• Click "View Data" to review homeowners who do not have login credentials. The "Property Login Exists" will indicate "Yes" if any homeowner at that property has a login. 

Properties Without Logins Pop Out: 

• Click "View Data" to examine properties where no homeowners have login credentials. The "Email Count" will display the total number of emails linked to that property. 

Homeowner/Board Member Login Pop Out: 

• Click on the login percentage for Homeowner or Board Member Logins for each association to explore login activity in detail. The “# of Logins” will display how many times each homeowner logged in during the selected date range. The “Payment Activity” will indicate “Yes” if the homeowner made a payment while logged in.
