Update	Description
New Collections Breakdown Merge Tags with Dates	Added the following two merge tags to add dates to collections breakdowns so homeowners can see what period the charges were for and to comply with Florida statutes: Collections Breakdown with Dates Collections Breakdown (Unaged) with Dates For more information, see the Homeowner section of the "Merge Tag" article.
ACH Language Added to Homeowner Statement	If a homeowner is enrolled in ACH, the homeowner statement now includes the following statement: "This account is currently set up for Auto Draft. Your assessment will be debited as requested."

PacWest/Union Bank Credit Card Button Customization	Fixed an issue so PacWest/Union Bank can now customize the third-party payment buttons for the Overview and Make a Payment tabs on the Billing screen. For more information, see the "Customizing your Credit Card Buttons" article in Vantaca Library.
Balance Sheet by Fund Report	Fixed an issue so the funds in the Balance Sheet by Fund report display in the correct order.
Action Center Invoice Details	Fixed an issue so that when users view the Invoice details in the Action Center, the scroll bar displays appropriately.
Pagination Controls on Bank screen	Fixed an issue so pagination controls display at the bottom of the Settings > Banks screen.

Update	Description
Company Addresses Tab Added to Vantaca Pay Accounts Page	Added the Company Addresses tab to the Vantaca Pay Accounts page so management companies can control which addresses are tied to which associations in Vantaca Pay onboarding. Useful for changing addresses from P.O. boxes to a physical address for Vantaca Pay only. For more information, see the "Add Vantaca Pay to Associations" article.
Account Onboarding Uses New Company Physical Address Field for Stripe Connected Account Address	When users onboard a new association, Vantaca now passes the new Company Physical Address to Stripe instead of the Company Address as the connected account address. The association’s Company ID is used to identify the new Company Address.

Separate Inspection/Violation Options Board Action Widget	Fixed an issue so Board Violations and Inspections display on separate screens (viewable by selecting the dropdown). Boards that do not have view permissions for violations can no longer view them and the same for inspections.
Pay Fees Ending in Zero	Fixed an issue so that when a dollar fee ends in zero, the full dollar value with two decimal points shows. For example, $3.50 does not display as $3.5.
Cancelled Recurring Payments in Activity Notes	Fixed an issue so that when users delete a Recurring or Scheduled Payment, the system now creates an Activity Note for the account that includes all of the information, similar to Create Recurring Payment and Create Scheduled Payment, respectively.
Unable to Enroll in Auto-Draft	Fixed an issue so that users with merged accounts (one account on Legacy and one on Vantaca Pay Auto-Draft) can see the Auto-Draft options on Vantaca Pay.
ARC Voting Message/Decision	Fixed an issue so that when an ARC Vote decision is made, any comments made with the decision are included in Messages.
ARC Management- ACC Type in Columns	Updated the ARC Management screen so the Type column reflects the ACC type, and the new Action Type column reflects the action type (ARC Request). Users can now view the ACC type on the screen instead of entering it in the subject.

FinCEN Phase 2 API - Integration 1.0 (Legacy API)	Created a new endpoint that converts the manual FinCen report, so they are accessible through a couple of API endpoints. New endpoints are published and available for FinCen Reports to pull the previously provided information as needed, rather than a single one-time export.
