Vantaca Home is now available for adoption!  What is Home? It’s a new and improved Home and Board portal designed to enhance the community experience with innovation and simplicity.

With Vantaca Home, you can expect:

• A Fresh Look Everywhere: Homeowners and Board Members will have an improved user experience that works seamlessly on both web and mobile with our Mobile Responsive site.
• Mobile Payments: Payments made easy via our IOS Home app
• User-Friendly Experience: An intuitive dashboard for effortless navigation.
• Easy Online Payments: Updated payment pages for seamless transactions.

Vantaca Home lays the groundwork for future enhancements for your associations. It will emphasize centralizing the community experience for homeowners and providing more empowerment for board members (at the discretion of your management company). In addition to the current Home functionality, Vantaca will be introducing new features aligned with these initiatives over the next few months, exclusively available on Home.

Rolling out Vantaca Home to your communities requires minimal effort on your end. To further ease the transition, we've even included in-portal guides to ease the transition process for your homeowners and board members.  Previewed below:
